support@api-tester.com is the address for everything on this page. There is no contact form, so nothing you write is stored by this website; it goes to a mailbox like any other email.
Reporting a problem with a tool
A report that can be reproduced gets fixed fastest. Include:
- the page you were on, such as the API tester or a tool under Tools;
- the method and URL of the request, if it involved one, and the status or error you saw;
- your browser and whether it happens in a private window as well.
Do not send credentials. Remove tokens, passwords, API keys and webhook secrets from anything you paste. If a problem only appears with a real credential, describe the kind of credential instead.
Corrections to a guide or example
If a guide, a curl example, a webhook example or a status code page says something wrong or out of date, send the page address and what should change. A link to the specification or the provider's documentation helps. The editorial policy explains how content is checked and what happens to a correction.
Security and abuse
To report a vulnerability in this site, email support@api-tester.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and please give us the chance to fix it before publishing.
To report misuse — requests sent through the tester at a system you run, or a webhook URL being used to collect data it should not — email support@api-tester.com with the time, the address involved and what you observed. The terms of use set out what is not allowed.
Privacy requests
The privacy page describes what the site handles and for how long. Questions about it go to the same address.
